Balancing proper nutrition and superior taste is a challenge for all food companies.GreenLite was founded on the belief that we could meet this challenge by creating quality gluten-free baked goods that are just as tasty, nutritious and easy to use as regular products.

Twenty years of baking experience and know-how from our sister site in Israel, has built the sturdy foundations for our company. With true dedicated and love we have built our vision.

To ensure quality production we built a modern production site that meets international standards, including BRC, HACCP and GMP. We have also taught our staff to believe in our values of excellence and provided them with the conditions that let them work with loving dedication to our vision.

GreenLite products have been extremely well received by the domain market, and now, five years after our local launch, GreenLite leads the gluten-free market, holding about 56% penetration and growing by seven percent annually.

We know that to continue leading the gluten-free market and to satisfy our customers, we must look to the future. We have invested, and continue to invest, major resources in our research and development department and advanced facility. This enables us to learn more and to translate our knowledge into even more delicious and nutritious products.

GreenLite products are produced in a gluten-free and peanut-free dedicated facility. All of our products are also trans fat-free & coeliac certified. Most GreenLite products are also lactose – and casein – free.

They are available in two formats, depending on the type of product: frozen with a one-year shelf life and shelf-stable with a six-month shelf life, with an option for a year.
